After a period of reflection the #15Outside365 challenge is being updated and re-launched. It is going to be a resource for everyone to access top tips, techniques and strategies that will help you to manage your everyday mental wellbeing. You don't need to have a clinical diagnosis to be part of this as all the techniques are useful for everyone to help manage this crazy world we live in...
It is going to be really, really simple.
There will be three key themes which will rotate each week; Mind, Body and Life. Each week will then look at more focused techniques that link to either Mind, Body or Life.. Every Sunday evening I will do a Vlog which will introduce the technique for the week and then I shall drip feed information via my social media channels through the week.
Alongside the Vlog there will be a Blog, here on my website with the links and imagery I am using through the week. That way you can access it lots of different ways!
The most important part of this however is YOU! Please, please share your tips and techniques so that I can share them with my followers. You can record a short Vlog for me, or send me a message. It would be fantastic to make this a community thing.
